At Wagyu N Sushi, we take great care to select only the best ingredients to provide our guests with the highest quality experience. Wasabi root from Japan is freshly grated just before we serve your sushi and sashimi. It is one of the most difficult plants to grow in the world and can take up to three years to mature. No wonder it’s very rare even in Japan.
Our menu includes a delectable selection of sushi and sashimi, accompanied by carefully aged soy sauces from the 17th-generation Okada family, that perfectly complement and enhance the flavour of fish.
